English is available for anyone who is not yet confident with Italian, upon request. The lessons are held in small groups of 1 to 3 players and the course is suitable for beginners as well as advanced tennis players.
The minimum age to participate in this course is 14 years old and the school recommends a minimum knowledge of the Italian language (A2).
Just like tennis, Padel in Sanremo is played outdoors all year round: the mild climate offers ideal conditions for enthusiasts of this sport. Thanks to the sunny weather of the Riviera dei Fiori, it’s possible to play padel in every season, surrounded by a natural and relaxing environment — perfect for combining sport, vacation, and language learning.
Padel is a fun and accessible discipline that blends technique, speed, and teamwork. It’s an excellent activity for socializing, improving coordination, and relieving stress. For those who wish to make their experience even more complete, the Omnilingua School in Sanremo offers Italian language courses that can be combined with padel lessons, according to each participant’s preferences and skill level.
Italian classes take place in the morning, in small groups with qualified teachers, while the afternoons are dedicated to sports practice. This approach helps students learn new vocabulary, improve communication skills, and experience the language outside the classroom — in a lively, authentic context. Studying Italian in Sanremo and playing padel is an ideal way to enjoy Italian culture with energy and passion.
